How to Flash ITEL AC33 W5004D MTN Stock Rom:

• Download and install the  Spreadtrum Drivers on your computer. If the driver is already installed, skip this step;
• Download the Stock Rom/Firmware ( *Pac ) you have downloaded here
• Extract the Spreadtrum Upgrade Tool on your computer.
• Just run the UpgradeDownload.exe in the file you extracted;
• Once the Spreadtrum Upgrade Tool starts, click on the Load Packed button and add the file (stock ROM which comes in (*Pac) format)
• After successfully adding Pac file in Spd Flash Tool , click Start Download button;
• Make sure your device is completely turned off, and press the keyboard bootkey (V+ or V-) or press all buttons at the same time(Volume+,Volume_ + Power Button)
• While holding the buttons ...Connect your phone with Usb cable to Computer and the process will start automatically.
• Once the flash is complete, you can see the green message "Passed"
• After seeing the green message "Passed" disconnect it ...remove the battery and put back then switch it on.
• You Have successfully flashed your Mobile Phone!!!!!
